Paint protection film is a clear, high-performance urethane layer applied to the most vulnerable painted panels. It is designed to absorb everyday abuse — rock chips, road debris, light scuffs, bug etching, and UV exposure — so your factory paint does not have to.
Defends high-impact surfaces where highway miles and daily use show first.
Light surface marks dissipate with heat while the film stays glossy and clear.
Maintain the paint you paid for while keeping the vehicle easy to maintain.
Every PPF installation uses STEK DYNOshield — a premium nano-ceramic-infused film selected for its gloss, clarity, and durable protection.
Targeted coverage for the panels that see the most road damage.
Extra protection for lowered, spirited, and track-driven vehicles.
Panel-by-panel coverage for long-term ownership and total paint defense.
No handoff maze. You speak directly with the installer who evaluates your vehicle, recommends the coverage, and performs the work.
Clear Armor Atlanta runs lean by design. Lower overhead means the investment stays focused on the film, the prep, and the installation — not a layered sales process. The result is clear communication, considered recommendations, and direct accountability for the finished car.

STEK DYNOshield paint protection film comes with a 10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, and peeling. With proper care and maintenance, the film can last the lifetime of your vehicle’s ownership. The self-healing top coat helps maintain its appearance by removing minor scratches and swirl marks when exposed to heat.
No, professionally installed paint protection film will not damage your vehicle’s paint. In fact, it protects your factory finish from rock chips, scratches, and environmental contaminants. When it’s time to remove the film, it comes off cleanly without leaving residue or damaging the paint underneath. Our installers use proper techniques to ensure safe application and removal.
Installation time varies depending on the package you choose:
We never rush the installation process to ensure perfect results. Your vehicle will need to cure for 24 hours after installation before it can be driven.
You should wait 7 days after installation before washing your vehicle. This allows the film to fully cure and bond to the paint surface. After the curing period, you can wash your car as normal. We recommend hand washing or touchless car washes for the best results. Avoid high-pressure washers directly on the film edges, and never use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Paint protection film (PPF) is a thick, physical barrier (8 mils) that absorbs impact from rock chips, scratches, and road debris. Ceramic coating is a thin liquid polymer that bonds to your paint, providing hydrophobic properties, UV protection, and enhanced gloss, but minimal impact protection.
For maximum protection, we recommend combining both: PPF on high-impact areas with ceramic coating applied over the film and on remaining painted surfaces. All our PPF packages include complimentary ceramic coating over the film for enhanced gloss and easier maintenance.
